This article will show you how to book using childcare vouchers online using our booking system.
Step 1
If you would like to pay with childcare vouchers, you have a credit limit of £250 - this will need to be paid and cleared before any more bookings can be made. This should help with last minute bookings, but we encourage you to transfer additional funds through your account to keep your account in credit with us, to also support easier last minute bookings.
You should be able to search for us using our company name, 'Active Me 360 CIC', or our registration number 2733019.
For the Government TFC Scheme you may have to use the postcode SO32 2RB, this is our primary registration postcode, please do not worry if it is not the postcode of your chosen venue!

Step 2
Once you have sent the funds through your provider, and it has reached our accounts (TFC payments can take up to 24 hours to reach us, and traditional childcare voucher providers can take 7-10 days) outstanding balances with us will be offset and remaining funds will be stored as credit. This credit has no expiry date.

You can search for these by department, session type or location on our booking site. Once you have found the course or session you wish to book, add them to your cart and when ready proceed to checkout.
Childcare Vouchers can only be used to pay for our Ofsted registered services, currently these are;
- Active Holiday Camps
- Active+ Wraparound Care
Step 3
At the checkout page, you will be able to see what your current account balance is.
You can then press 'complete booking' and your payment will be taken from this existing credit.
Step 5
Once you have booked your place child(ren)'s place on our course will be reserved and they will show on the register. Your booking will also be available to view on your account.
