This article explains how to pay for your booking online in your account area.
From August 1st: All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. You can pay in advance using childcare vouchers so your account stays in credit, or you can pay via card at the time of booking.
1. Log into your account.
You can do this here - https://bookings.activeme360.co.uk/list.
2. Make your payment.
When you are in your account area please select the 'Payments' menu item on the left hand side. Then, select the purple 'Make Payment' button at the top left, as shown on the image below. This will allow you to make a payment.
3. Associate the payment to a booking
Once you have clicked on the 'Make Payment' button you will be presented with the screen below, this allows you to associate your payment to one of your bookings with us.
Once you have selected your booking you then need to enter the debit or credit card details for you are using to pay with.
You will also be able to select the amount you wish to pay. Full payment is required before your booking is confirmed. If you're paying in advance to keep your account in credit, please associate it with your last booking.
4. Add a payment method for future bookings
If you would like to auto pay for your bookings using a debit or credit card, you can do this by adding a payment method to your account. This will streamline your booking process in the future. The screenshot below shows you where to add a payment method, just click the purple 'Add Payment' method.
