How to pay for my booking online?

This article explains how to pay for your booking online in your account area.

If you did not pay for your booking at the time of making it, or have a balance outstanding, and you would like to now pay, you can do so in your account area using the simple steps below.

1. Log into your account.

You can do this here - https://bookings.activeme360.co.uk/account/login.

2. Make your payment.

When you are in your account area please select the 'Payments' menu item on the left hand side. Then, select the purple 'Make Payment' button at the top left, as shown on the image below. This will allow you to make a payment.

Your balance will be shown above, in the example below the customer owes £36.

3. Associate the payment to a booking

Once you have clicked on the 'Make Payment' button you will be presented with the screen below, this allows you to associate your payment to one of your bookings with us.

Once you have selected your booking you then need to enter the debit or credit card details for you are using to pay with.

You will also be able to select the amount you wish to pay. Full payment is required before your booking is confirmed, but if the outstanding balance is too much for you to pay in one go and your booking is still some time away, you can opt to pay in instalments. This is great when booking a busy summer camp programme with us.

4. Add a payment method for future bookings

If you would like to auto pay for your bookings using a debit or credit card, you can do this by adding a payment method to your account. This will streamline your booking process in the future. The screenshot below shows you where to add a payment method, just click the purple 'Add Payment' method.
