Hello, parents! We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, and your child may have to miss a day or two of our holiday camps. Here's what you need to know...
Let Us Know as Soon as Possible
If your child will be absent from our holiday camp due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible. We'll ask you to explain the reason for the absence so we can make sure your child is safe. You can call or talk to us when you drop off in the morning.

What Happens If You Don't Let Us Know?
If we're not informed of your child's absence, we'll try to contact you to find out why. We take our responsibility for your child's safety seriously, so if we can't reach you and your child doesn't show up, we'll take appropriate action to ensure their well-being.
