This article explains what happens if we do not receive your Childcare Voucher payment before your booking with us starts.
If you have processed your Childcare Voucher payment, but we have not yet received it and/or allocated it to your account and booking with us, please do not worry.
We are human too, sometimes it is an error our end, or with the Childcare Voucher provider. We are able to check payments online through our account with them. If this happens please provide us with as much detail as possible, i.e. your childcare voucher provider and the date the payment was made. We will check the status of your payment and update you.
Whatever happens, we will not cancel your booking without first speaking with you to ascertain the status of any payment.
Some providers can take up to 10 days to process payments, so even if you process it immediately after booking with us, it may not show on our account immediately. If your course or session starts within this timeframe it means your balance will still show as outstanding even though you have made the payment, just let our team know so we can note this on your account.
